Applications Of Sewer Cleaning Operations
High-pressure water jetting operations can effectively remove household waste, water‑borne sludge, sand, gravel, bricks, tree roots, oil residues, and other contaminants and blockages adhering to pipe walls. The process employs a fully integrated system equipped with either custom‑made nozzles or imported ones, coupled with an in‑house‑developed reel that feeds an imported PA18 hose. Depending on site conditions, pump units and nozzles are selected to deliver appropriate flow rates and pressures, along with spray tips of matching diameters. Driven by high‑pressure water, the nozzle’s multi‑angle, omnidirectional spray design ensures thorough, full‑coverage cleaning of the pipe interior. For stubborn solid obstructions, a specialized impact‑type nozzle is substituted, with its spray angle and orifice size carefully calibrated to fracture the blockage. Once the nozzle has traversed the entire length of the pipeline from one manhole to the other, the reel reaches its full potential: a manual directional valve is operated to reverse the rotation, retracting the hose while simultaneously drawing residual debris back into the system for containment, after which a vacuum truck removes the collected waste.
PREPONDERANCE: Advantages of Sewer Dredging Under Ultra-High Pressure
- It boasts a wide range of applications, high efficiency, a short construction period, and low costs, while containing no chemical additives, making it more environmentally friendly.
- It can perform steel plate cutting, sandblasting of castings, and metal rust removal, and is even more effective at eliminating cement, sand, oil, scale, and various blockages from the inner walls of pipes.
- During operation, it can effectively prevent the pipeline from corrosion and damage.
- In practical operation, the outlet pressure can be adjusted as needed according to the pipe material, pipe diameter, and degree of blockage, thereby achieving thorough cleaning.
- It effectively addresses the challenges of personnel access for large-diameter pipeline maintenance, enabling fully mechanized operations and eliminating safety hazards.
