Centralizer for BJV nozzle

The central retainer is a key component used to support and position pipeline nozzles. It balances the jet spacing to achieve concentrated cleaning, and protects the cleaning tool as it travels through the pipeline.

When the pipeline size is more than 1.5 times the diameter of the cleaning tool, the central retainer serves as an important safety device to prevent the nozzle from reversing.

Sliding type

It adopts interchangeable plastic slide tracks for easy replacement. 

Suitable for elbow sections, it can effectively clean pipelines with a diameter up to 305 mm and fits all BJV models.

Applicable diameter range: 150‒305 mm

Cage-type 

When the pipeline has a complex internal structure and heavy scaling that may hinder the rotation of the cleaning nozzle, it is recommended to use a stainless steel central protective cage to ensure the cleaning nozzle operates normally inside the pipeline.

Applicable diameter range: 300‒510 mm Length range: 510‒610 mm

Wheel type for straight pipe

Only for cleaning straight pipelines.This is a six-wheel central retainer,mainly composed of an adjustable folding aluminum frame and six hard plastic wheels. It is compatible with all cleaning nozzles of the BJV series.

Applicable diameter range: minimum 230‒410 mm, maximum 460‒1500 mm .

Wheel type for curved pipe

It consists of an adjustable steel telescopic bracket and eight hard plastic wheels. Specially designed for cleaning large-diameter pipelines with bends, it is compatible with all cleaning nozzles of the BJV series. 

Applicable diameter range: Min 410‒770 mm, Max 530‒940 mm .
